आज के युग में रसोईगर से लेकर बड़े बड़े कारखानों में, गाडियों में CNG ओर गैस का उपयोग हो रहा हे , गावों में जहा खाना बनाने के लिए लकड़ी केरोसिन व LPG का उपयोग हो रहा हे, लेकिन गावों में कुछ छोटा मोटा जुगाड़ करके भी बायो गैस बनाकर अपनी रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों को पूरा किया जा सकता हे|

कैसे काम करता है गोबर गैस प्लांट

गोबर गैस प्लांट बनाने के बाद इसे गोबर और पानी के घोल  से भर देते हैं. जब प्लांट चलता हो तब उससे निकला लगभग 10 दस प्रतिशत गोबर साथ ही डाल दिया जाता है. गैस की निकलने वाले पाइप बंद कर लगभग 10 से 15 दिनों तक छोड़ दिया जोता है. जब गोबर बाहर आना शुरू हो जाए, तब प्लांट के आकार के अनुसार ताज़ा गोबर डालना शुरू कर दें. ध्यान दें कि गैस को आवश्यकतानुसार ही इस्तेमाल करें.

सावधानियाँ

  • गोबर गैस प्लांट लीकेज रहित होना चाहिए.
  • गैस पाइप और अन्य उपकरणों की जांच करते रहना चाहिए.
  • गोबर डालने और बाहर निकलने का पाइप ढका होना चाहिए.

बनाने की विधि:-

चित्र के अनुसार पवक पाइप का एक टुकड़ा काटना हे हे जो टंकी से ऊपर 2 फीट बहार निकला हो ओर एक मुह उसका तिरछा कटा हुआ हो उसे टंकी के ढक्कन में छेद कर के फिक्स कर देना हे ये पाइप ऊपर वाले मुह से गोबर का गोल डालने में काम आएगा , उसी ध्हकं के पास एक यूनियन लगनी हे जो गैस पाइप से जुड़ेगी प्लास्टिक की पाइप से वो आपके tube व गैस के चूल्हे से जुड़ेगी इस नाली में एक वाल्व लगेगा जो की गैस को कण्ट्रोल करेगा|

टंकी से 2 फीट निचे साइड में एक होल होकर एल शेप में एक PVC पाइप लगाना हें , जो बचे हुए गोबर को भर निकलेगा वो आपके खेत की खाद में काम आएगा , सारे होल अची तरह से पैक कर दें. यूनियन को प्लास्टिक पाइप से कनेक्ट करे, Tube के वाल को खोल कर प्लास्टिक के पाइप से कनेक्ट करे एक सिरा पैर गैस कंट्रोलर लगा कर छोड़ दे ओर गैस कंट्रोलर वलावे को बंद कर दे , फिर गोबर में पानी मिलकर बढ़िया गोल बना लें उस गोल को पाइप के मुह पर किप्नुमा लगाकर गोल को धीरे धीरे डाले जब तक की दुसरे पाइप से निकलन शुरू न कर दे अब इसे 3 दिनों के लिए छोड़ दे , गैस उपयोग करने के लिए तैया hein
